PAYMENT METHODS
We currently accept the following payment methods for orders within Vietnam:
Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customers may choose Cash on Delivery (COD) and pay in cash upon receiving the order.

Please ensure the recipient is available to receive the package and complete payment at the time of delivery.

Orders that are refused or repeatedly fail delivery may be restricted from COD in the future.
Bank Transfer

Customers may choose to pay via Bank Transfer.

Bank account details will be provided at checkout or via an order confirmation message after the order is placed.

Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully received.

Please include your order number in the transfer note to ensure faster confirmation.
Payment Confirmation

If payment is not received within 24 hours for bank transfer orders, the order may be automatically canceled.

VIETNAM SHIPPING
Coverage & Delivery Time

Nationwide delivery within 1–3 business days for Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Delivery within 3–5 business days for other provinces.

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded from delivery time calculations.

Free shipping for all orders within Vietnam.
Packaging & Handling

Each perfume bottle is securely wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a sturdy protective box to prevent damage during transit.

All orders are carefully prepared to ensure product safety before delivery.
Order Tracking

Customers can track their orders via a tracking link sent by email or SMS once the order has been shipped.
